Cookie Policy

We use a small, deliberately-minimal set of cookies and browser storage entries. We do not set advertising cookies, and we do not embed third-party trackers that build cross-site profiles.

This Policy is supplemental to our Privacy Policy.

These are required for the Service to operate. They do not require consent under GDPR/ePrivacy rules.

• uhub_age_ok (localStorage, ~1 year) — records that you confirmed you are an adult. Without it, we would show the age gate on every page load.
• Session cookies (HTTP-only, session-scoped) — issued only when you sign in as an admin or agent via SSO. Anonymous browsing does not receive a session cookie.
• CSRF tokens — set when you submit a protected form, used to prevent cross-site request forgery, and discarded when you leave the page.

Also strictly necessary for the features you opt into. We treat these as functional storage.

• nuqs query strings — catalog filters are reflected in the URL. Nothing is written to cookies; bookmarks and share links carry the state.
• UI preferences (localStorage) — small flags such as collapsed/expanded sidebar state, set only by your actions in the UI.

If and when analytics are enabled, we intend to use a privacy-preserving, cookieless provider (for example, Plausible or a comparable service) that measures aggregate page views without identifying individual users and without setting tracking cookies.

If we later adopt analytics that do set cookies or process personal data in a way requiring consent, we will request consent via a banner before any such cookie is set, and this Policy will be updated to list the specific provider, cookie names, and retention.

When we embed third-party media (for example, images hosted on CivitAI CDN before our own previews are generated), the third-party host may receive your IP address and user-agent as part of the image request. We do not share additional data with those hosts.

You can clear cookies and localStorage at any time through your browser settings. Clearing uhub_age_ok will make the age gate reappear on your next visit.

Most browsers also allow blocking cookies for specific sites; if you block strictly-necessary storage, parts of the Service may not function as expected.
