UncensoredHub.ai displays metadata and preview images for AI models and prompts. Most underlying assets are published and hosted by third parties; we link to those platforms. We take copyright, personality, and attribution concerns seriously and will act on well-founded takedown notices within a reasonable time after receipt.
If you believe material displayed on the Service infringes your copyright, publicity rights, or other rights, please send a notice to dmca@uncensoredhub.ai that includes all of the following:
On receipt of a complete notice we will: (a) acknowledge receipt; (b) review the claim; (c) where the claim is well-founded, remove or disable access to the material and notify you of the action taken; and (d) where appropriate, notify the contributor or original submitter of the claim.
If the material was imported from a third-party platform (for example, CivitAI), removal from UncensoredHub.ai does not remove the material from the original platform. You may wish to address that platform separately.
If you are named as the author of a prompt or sample image in our catalog and want that attribution removed without a full takedown, you may request removal of your name and links by writing to dmca@uncensoredhub.ai. We will honour reasonable requests promptly.
If content on the Service depicts you (or someone you have authority to represent) in a sexual or otherwise intimate way without consent, including AI-generated deepfakes, please contact dmca@uncensoredhub.ai with a brief description and the URL(s). We prioritise these requests. Verifying identity may be necessary, but we will try to make the process humane and discreet.
If content attributed to you was removed and you believe the removal was in error, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@uncensoredhub.ai containing identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was the result of a mistake or misidentification, and your contact information and signature.
Knowingly submitting false takedown notices or counter-notices may result in legal liability under applicable copyright statutes (including 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) in the United States) and equivalent laws elsewhere. Please only use this process when you have a genuine claim.
