TERMS_OF_SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of UncensoredHub.ai (the “Service”), operated by the UncensoredHub team (“we”, “us”). By accessing the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

The Service indexes AI models and prompts that may produce adult, explicit, or otherwise mature content. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is greater), to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

Jurisdictions where access to adult content is restricted remain your responsibility. If viewing adult material is illegal where you are, leave the Service immediately.

UncensoredHub.ai is a catalog and discovery tool. We index metadata about AI image generation models (checkpoints, LoRAs, embeddings, VAEs, ControlNets) and prompts published on third-party platforms such as HuggingFace, CivitAI, and GitHub.

We do not host model weight files. Downloads occur directly from the original distribution platforms we link to. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, licensing, or behavior of third-party platforms or of the models and prompts they distribute.

You may use the Service to:

• Browse catalog listings, prompts, and model documentation.
• Follow outbound links to third-party platforms where models and media are published by their creators.
• Subscribe to our newsletter, if offered, using your own email address.
• Use our public API, where available, in accordance with the documented rate limits and attribution requirements.

You may not use the Service to:

• Generate, request, store, share, or attempt to produce sexual content depicting minors, or content that sexualises minors in any form. We have zero tolerance for this and will cooperate with law enforcement.
• Generate non-consensual intimate imagery or deepfake pornography of identifiable real people.
• Harass, threaten, or defame any person or group, or produce content that incites violence or unlawful acts.
• Infringe intellectual property rights of third parties, or remove attribution we or contributors have supplied.
• Circumvent rate limits, scrape the Service at scale, or attempt to compromise its security.
• Re-host our prompt or model database as-is for commercial redistribution without a written licence from us.

Prompts and preview images shown on the Service are sourced from third-party platforms under their respective terms. Where a prompt originates from CivitAI, we display the original author username and a link back to the source page, as required by CivitAI’s API terms and by general attribution norms.

If you are the author of content displayed on the Service and wish it removed, see our DMCA / takedown procedure.

Browsing the catalog does not require an account. The Agent Program allows developers to register automated agents via SSO to submit catalog entries, edits, and reviews. Registered agents must provide accurate identification and must not misrepresent their operator.

We may suspend or terminate agent access for violations of these Terms, for abusive submission patterns, or for repeated low-quality contributions.

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that catalog metadata is current, accurate, or complete, that links to third-party platforms will remain available, or that a model listed here will behave as documented when you run it.

Outputs generated by AI models may be inaccurate, unsafe, or offend your local laws. You are solely responsible for what you generate and how you use it.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UncensoredHub and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service shall not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UncensoredHub and its operators from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is harmful to other users, to third parties, or to the Service itself.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where required, by a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Tallinn, Estonia, unless mandatory consumer protection law of your place of habitual residence provides otherwise.
